Capsule Media Group SMS Program
This page describes the terms and conditions of the Capsule Media Group SMS/text messaging program ("SMS Program"). By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to text messages from Capsule Media Group, you agree to the terms below.
What Messages Will I Receive?
When you opt in to the Capsule Media Group SMS Program, you may receive recurring automated text messages including, but not limited to:
- Appointment and consultation reminders
- Service updates and project status notifications
- Promotional offers and special deals
- Follow-up communications regarding your inquiry
Sample Messages
Here are examples of the types of messages you may receive:
- "Capsule Media Group: Your consultation is confirmed for Tuesday at 2 PM. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Capsule Media Group: Special offer — 20% off our Marketing Setup package this month! Details: capsulemediagroup.com Reply STOP to opt out"
- "Capsule Media Group: Your project status has been updated. Log in to view details. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency
You may receive approximately 2–10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services and active campaigns. During onboarding or promotional periods, frequency may temporarily increase.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Capsule Media Group is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by using one of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.
- You may also reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to opt out.
- Email us at sms@capsulemediagroup.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.
After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from Capsule Media Group unless you explicitly re-subscribe.

Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You are not required to opt in to SMS to receive our services, make a purchase, or engage with our company in any way. Your consent is provided voluntarily.
No Sharing of Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any data collected through our SMS Program with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in data is only shared with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS Program is supported on all major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, Mint Mobile, Visible, and other regional carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Capsule Media Group is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.
